Developer Kataland’s Underbank, a development site on 166 hectares, seeks to differentiate itself from traditional master-planned communities through designs that are in harmony with the natural landscape of the area. 155 Queen Street Mall

155 Queen Street Mall is a redevelopment project in Brisbane. Formerly housing the HMV, 155 Queens is being transformed into a boutique commercial development. We provided the client with the following:
  • 3D modelling and texture of:
    • Exteriors, including base model clean-up, accent cladding 3D model, and background structures
    • Interiors, including foyer, roof top, pavements and planters, foliage planting, outdoor seating and enclosed structures
  • Lighting for six areas
  • Campath
  • Storyboard
  • Final composting

The Bowery Collective Exterior

Animation1 was approached to create an internal and external animated flythrough of a new project yet to start construction. The  brief was to showcase the spacious living areas and balconies and also depict the buildings close proximity to the CBD. Animation1 added significant touches and details which added warmth, depth and realism to the still imagery.

Capitol Grand

Capitol Grand is a 50-storey residential and luxury retail tower located in the Melbourne CBD. Animation1 collaborated with LK Property Group on Capitol Grand’s multimedia campaign and provided the following:
  • 3D buildup of Capitol Grand’s exterior showcasing the project’s luxurious features
  • Animated hero shot of Capitol Grand’s brand ambassador Charlize Theron
  • Mobile interactive map of the Melbourne CBD landscape

1 Malop

1 Malop is a 14-level complex being built in the Geelong Central Business District (CBD) targetted towards government tenants and businesses looking for offices in a landmark area.We provided 1Malop with the following:
  • Augmented Reality (AR) content featuring: - 3D renders - An interactive onsite experience - Video flythrough
  •  Animated 3D buildup of the complex

Opus Tower Southbank

The Opus Tower, a project of the LK Property Group, is a 37-storey luxury apartment tower located in Southbank, within the Melbourne CBD. Animation1 worked with LK Property Group to showcase Opus’ elegant modular design and apartment features through:
  • 3D still image renders
  • 3D animated walkthrough of the apartment
  • 3D floor plans of the development
  • 3D video flythrough
  • Branded mobile app with AR functionality and integrated features (digital brochure, link to their website, and location map)

Aseana City

Aseana City is a planned landscaped green city along Manila Bay developed by Aseana Holdings Inc. It will feature a developed community with complete amenities – homes, offices, malls, hotels, a yacht club and a casino.  Animation1 provided the following:
  • Animated 3D flythrough showcasing the exterior of the planned neighbourhood from ground level, from a moving vehicle’s point of view and overhead as seen from a drone
  • Virtual Reality (VR) experience showcasing the surroundings from above

Sheraton New York Times Square

The Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel is considered one of the most iconic buildings in New York City. The Sheraton’s rooms have improved their guest rooms, living spaces and Club Rooms, and the client wanted to showcase these improved features. Animation1 created an AVP 3D buildup showing the historical hotel and an animated walkthrough of the improved interiors.
